Sun King is a limited edition, couture outerwear collection created entirely from vintage tapestries. These elegant velvet rugs were sourced from antique malls and thrift stores across the United States, individually selected for their unique, brilliant patterns and designs. Each coat is uniquely draped and patterned to best show off each tapestry's design. All seams are trimmed in silk, with leather accents featured in certain designs.
This collection was shown in Fall-A-Faire, a gallery exhibition in Nick Cave's new Chicago studio, FACILITY.
