Steampunk Eleventh Doctor

This cosplay was built as a Steampunk, femme rendition of Matt Smith's Eleventh Doctor. This Steampunk version features a bustled skirt made from men's black dress pants and a tweed riding jacket embellished with antique watch gears and cogs.

 

This outfit was built for and worn at The Steampunk Worlds Fair.
